Booth 509
May 6-7, 2026 | Santa Clara Convention Center | Santa Clara, California
At Sensors Converge 2026, Posifa Technologies will highlight how its MEMS-based sensing solutions enable safer, more reliable system operation across applications such as EV battery safety, refrigerant leak detection, HVAC airflow monitoring, and vacuum measurement. The exhibit will feature new hydrogen sensing technology for early detection of battery off-gas events, along with solutions for precise airflow, vacuum, and gas monitoring in demanding environments.
Hydrogen Sensor for Early Detection in EV Battery and Safety Systems
The PGS5100 Series detects hydrogen concentrations from 0 % to 25 % using MEMS thermal conductivity technology, enabling early identification of abnormal conditions in EV battery packs, fuel cell systems, and industrial environments. Integrated humidity and pressure compensation ensure accurate measurement across changing conditions, while fast response and >15-year stability support long-term monitoring. With robust packaging and digital RS-485 output, the sensor is designed for reliable operation in harsh, safety-critical applications.

MEMS Pirani Vacuum Transducer for Wide-Range, Portable Measurement
The PVC4001-C combines a MEMS Pirani sensor with an onboard barometric pressure sensor to deliver accurate vacuum measurement from 0.001 Torr to 900 Torr. Designed for compact OEM integration, it provides fast response (< 200 ms), low power consumption, and stable performance across changing conditions. An integrated microprocessor enables digital I²C output and user calibration, making the device well suited for portable vacuum gauges and leak detection in sealed systems.

PAV5000 Series MEMS Anemometer Sensor

Fully calibrated and temperature-compensated for easy integration into portable anemometers and fixed in-duct air velocity monitors, the cost-effective PAV5000 series sensor provides accurate air speed measurement in a robust, probe-style package. While traditional thermistor-based anemometer sensors connect to the circuit via a thin thread, the PAV5000’s sensing element consists of a solid silicon chip flush-mounted onto a PCB, making it robust against damage caused by vibration, dropping, or collisions.

PGS6032-R and PGS6454-R MEMS A2L Refrigerant Leak Sensors

The PGS6032-R and PGS6454-R sensors have been recognized by UL Solutions. This distinction verifies that the devices meet the safety and performance requirements for refrigerant detection systems outlined in Annex LL of UL 60335-2-40:2022, fourth edition, which apply to household and similar electrical appliances, including heat pumps, air conditioners, and dehumidifiers. The PGS6000 series sensors accurately detect A2L refrigerant concentration in the air by measuring the change in thermal conductivity of the gas mixture inside the cabinet. This technology increases safety and efficiency by enabling early detection of leaks, while providing long-term reliability of 15 years or more in harsh environments.

PVC6800 MEMS Pirani Piezoresistive Vacuum Gauge
PVC6800 series vacuum gauges deliver high accuracy and long-term stability for ATM to medium vacuum applications. By incorporating the sensing element and digital electronics within an individually calibrated probe, Posifa’s vacuum gauges eliminate the need for calibration of replacement probes, minimizing the total cost of ownership. The devices can be customized to emulate output voltages from other manufacturers’ gauges, allowing for easy plug-and-play replacements without the need for software or hardware changes.
