PMF5000 Mass Air Flow Sensor for Medical Devices

The PMF5000 series is designed specifically for portable medical devices. It delivers fast, accurate measurement to enable precise pulse‑mode gas delivery in a small footprint that fits space‑constrained housings. Push‑to‑connect fittings support efficient assembly, and the flow direction (forward or backward) can be customized to match existing system layouts. The series uses Posifa’s third‑generation thermal flow die.
