PGS6000 Series MEMS Thermal Conductivity Sensors for A2L Refrigerant Leaks

PGS6000 series sensors accurately detect A2L refrigerant concentration in the air by measuring the change in thermal conductivity of the gas mixture inside the cabinet. This technology increases safety and efficiency for residential and commercial air conditioning systems, heat pumps, and refrigeration equipment by enabling early detection of leaks, while providing long-term reliability of 15 years or more in harsh environments.

PAV5000 Series MEMS Anemometer Sensor

Fully calibrated and temperature-compensated for easy integration into portable anemometers and fixed in-duct air velocity monitors, the cost-effective PAV5000 series  sensor provides accurate air speed measurement in a robust, probe-style package. While traditional thermistor-based anemometer sensors connect to the circuit via a thin thread, the PAV5000’s sensing element consists of a solid silicon chip flush-mounted onto a PCB, making it robust against damage caused by vibration, dropping, or collisions.

PVC6100 Series MEMS Pirani Gauges

PVC6100 series Pirani gauges deliver high accuracy and long-term stability for ATM to medium vacuum applications. By incorporating the sensing element and digital electronics within an individually calibrated probe, Posifa’s vacuum gauges eliminate the need for calibration of replacement probes, minimizing the total cost of ownership. The devices can be customized to emulate output voltages from other manufacturers’ gauges, allowing for easy plug-and-play replacements without the need for software or hardware changes.

 MEMS Pirani Vacuum Transducers

PVC4000 series and fully calibrated PVC4100 and PVC5100 series Pirani vacuum transducers are ideal for digital vacuum gauges and leak detection in vacuum-insulated panels. Designed for cost-effective OEM integration, the devices consist of a surface-mount MEMS Pirani sensor and microcontroller-based measuring electronics — all packaged in an ultra-compact PCB assembly featuring a connector-terminated wire harness.
