Posifa Technologies designed its liquid flow sensors to replace the mechanical turbine flow sensors in applications from coffee brewing, to water filtration, to medical dispensation. Using a MEMS thermal flow sensor die at their core, our liquid flow sensors are far more accurate even in unstable, pulsatile flow. Unlike traditional turbine wheels, our liquid flow sensors have no moving parts and do not require disassembly for cleaning.

Our solid-state MEMS flow sensors eliminate the need for a surface cavity or fragile membrane on the sensor die, making it possible to measure liquid flow directly. With our third-generation sensor die already in high volume production, you can be assured of a reliable and stable product.
